Dr. Francisco Navas-Guzmán, leader of EARLICOST Working Group 1 (WG1 – Sensing Technology), presented the structure, objectives and current activities of the Working Group on lidar sensing technologies.

Arlett Díaz-Zurita presented recent advances towards automated and reliable long-term water vapour profiling using Raman lidar during the EARLICOST & EARLINET Meeting 2026 in Athens.

And beyond the scientific sessions, Arlett Díaz-Zurita and Dr. Francisco Navas-Guzmán also found time to explore some of the beauty of Athens, visiting the Acropolis.
